With a wide offering of sweet and savoury crepes, light snacks, cakes as well as coffee and drinks, Panache Creperie has served Geelong locals and visitors of the region for more than 20 years.
Owner Mark Oates first discovered crepes while backpacking through Europe in the 1980s and was instantly impressed.
With a hospitality background, Mark returned home with the hope of introducing crepes with an Australian twist to Geelong.
From there the idea of Panache Cafe and Creperie was born and Mark and his wife Linda opened their first cafe in Market Square Shopping Centre in 1995.
The couple then progressed to their first franchise in 1997 when they opened store number two in Ryrie Street, Geelong.
From small beginnings, Mark and Linda now head up eight Panache Creperie cafes across Geelong and the Bellarine Peninsula, including three company stores and five franchises.
